Leave us a comment about your
most exciting potty training moment!
Don't have a 'moment'?  That's okay- borrow, steal, trade- do whatever it takes to get a 'moment'!  Just leave a comment- you don't wanna miss out on this one! We LOVE hearing from you!  Feel free to exaggerate if you want- I would have to.  Today is day 2 of potty training my second, and the only thing I can come up with is we went through 9 panties yesterday, and
I Am Grateful For Tile!
Poor thing has been 'confined' to the tiles areas of our home {which is almost everywhere, so it's not as bad as it sounds}.
But Camryn.... now Camryn has stories. Like when her daughter planted a log on the table.  'Cuz, you know, it's WAY easier to climb up the chair, then up the table than to run down the hall to the bathroom.  {BTW- Check out MMU to see last week's winner}
Although, I may have a story like that soon- my trainee hasn't pooped for 24 hours, and I'm afraid I'm going to have a problem on my hands here soon.  I'm a little worried...

Can't wait to read your stories
{when I'm not eyeing my daughter like a hawk}!
This giveaway ends July 9th.
Just another little somethin' to help you fall back in love with Summer and feel a little bit more...

Fancy Free.

Dani - (Jordan that is your new nickname from me btw LOL)- I am trying to potty train now, and I have posted on another Fancy Free Friday a nice digging poop out with a spoon incident. But i recently decided the best way to get this potty training complete is to switch to panties. So last Thursday I had 4 pee spots I had to clean on my carpet (I don't have a tiled house). And I went through about 8-10 panties, and 2 princess dresses. She has a prize hanging up that she will get when she can go potty like a big girl for a whole week. At this rate I think she will be 10 before she gets the prize. At least now she is only getting her panties wet and then finishes in the potty. But she still likes to hold in her number 2s.

Along with our previous commentators we at our household do not know what potty training is... we have attempted numerous times, however it always ends in Miss Alyse having an accident in her precious princess panties and then an absolute refusal to put them on again for WEEKS! We are talking crying, screaming, "I do not want to wear my panties" ripping them off of her body as she convulses on the floor and begins begging for a diaper type of refusal! Let's just say our potty treats are not proving to be enough incentive and I might want to buy some stock in 'Pull-Ups' since it looks like we may be supporting them for quite some time! I am trying to look on the bright side however we were able to drive to Grandma and Grandpa's (4+ hour drive) without any stops. At the Freedom Festival on Saturday as other mother's were begging to cut in line at the port-a-pottys due to the fact that their little ones just could not 'hold it' any longer I went and found a shady quiet spot near a tree and changed my dear one's diaper...no line! So until the day arrives that we can put on panties without a melt down (which I am praying is sometime before she starts kindergarten) we will be enjoying the few conveniences of diapers.

Yes, yes... potty training is good fun. Child #1 was a snap.. A one day affair. Child #2 is much much harder. The other day I caught a poopers in my hand, however... I saved myself from having to clean the carpet. Let the good times roll!!

MMM...I also had one plant a log on the bench seat at our kitchen table but that's a story for another day. Here's my most exciting potty-training story...taken directly from my blog...I told it better the first time ;-)

Cowboy (our youngest boy...nickname only) comes running down the hall and says 'tink-tink', which is 2 yr. old for stinky....which is his way of telling us that he has done a number two. Mind you it may be in the toilet, in his pull-up, or as he has been known to do when outside--beside the nearest tree. He has no shame in his bowel movements; in fact he's quite proud of each and every one. He then turns and runs down the hall and I notice that he has poopy smeared all over his bottom. Raymond is able to move a little faster than I am but we're both up and moving quickly after him. My husband grabs the wipes and gets Mr. Poopy Pants to the bathroom, where we are shown that although he did make a mess of his pants, he has tried to make up for it by pulling off the pull-up and going to the toilet. There is now poop on several surfaces. Thanks Cowboy, good job. My husband looks at him and tells him that he has done well by going to the potty, but if he has a stinky in his pants he needs to let us clean his bottom before attempting to go to the potty. He tells him that he's done a good job, gets Cowboy cleaned up and cleans up what needs cleaning in the bathroom...

and I totally moved on to cooking dinner from there. Yeah...I'm random lol. I hope this is ok...like I said, I just copied it from my blog!
